Fikus Florist Shop has been established by a group of florists in 1989 in Istanbul to provide floral services. Fikus serves to produce the best satisfaction of its customers in a quality policy in materials used, the experience used to arrange the flowers, in delivery and in customer services as a whole. Fikus is a member of Interflora Fleurop international florist network.

Fikus has launched its site in July 2002 to ease and speed-up the ordering process for international orders given to cities in Turkey especially to Istanbul.

When compared to international floral sites;
- Fikus knows what people in Turkey prefers about flowers. All the products within the site have the sense of Turkish conventions.
- Fikus is a florist, thus it have no extra charges or commissions on price to other florist for delivery to Istanbul. Fikus cooperates with florist partners for delivery to other cities of Turkey, all partners have the same quality principles.

- Fikus does not propose any statement that it cannot guarantee. The next order is always more important for Fikus than the current one.
- Fikus provides feedback about status of the orders by automated response mails when the order has been submitted, received by the sales operator and the product delivered.
- Fikus gets its power in customer relations by the customer services provider NetPusula, e-mails always answered personally to give the right answers.
